EliteBuildz provides custom PC consultation, component selection, computer assembly, testing, optimization, delivery, and related services.
All builds are custom-made based on customer specifications, budget, and requirements.
Quotes & Pricing
All quotes provided by EliteBuildz are estimates based on component pricing available at the time of the quote.
Component pricing and availability may change without notice.
Quotes do not guarantee component availability.
EliteBuildz reserves the right to adjust pricing if component costs change before payment is received.
Deposits & Payments
EliteBuildz may require full payment or a deposit before ordering components.
Parts will not be ordered until required payment has been received.
All sales are final once components have been ordered unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Customer-Supplied Components
Customers may provide their own components for installation.
EliteBuildz is not responsible for:
Defective customer-supplied components
Compatibility issues
Missing accessories
Delays caused by customer-supplied hardware
Labor charges remain non-refundable regardless of component condition.
Performance Disclaimer
EliteBuildz does not guarantee specific:
Frame rates (FPS)
Benchmark scores
Application performance
Streaming performance
Rendering times
Performance varies depending on software, game updates, drivers, operating systems, user settings, and other factors outside our control.
Warranty Disclaimer
EliteBuildz provides assembly and configuration services.
Hardware warranties are provided by the original manufacturers and not by EliteBuildz unless otherwise stated.
Customers should retain all manufacturer warranty information.
EliteBuildz is not responsible for manufacturer defects.
Labor Warranty
EliteBuildz provides a limited 30-day labor warranty covering assembly-related issues.
This warranty does not cover:
Physical damage
Customer modifications
Software issues caused by third-party installations
Power surges
Accidental damage
Liquid damage
Malware or viruses
Manufacturer defects
EliteBuildz reserves the right to inspect any claimed issue before determining warranty eligibility.
Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer
EliteBuildz takes great care in packaging and preparing all systems for shipment. Once a package has been transferred to a shipping carrier, ownership and responsibility for the shipment passes to the carrier.
EliteBuildz is not responsible for delays, loss, theft, mishandling, or damage caused during transit by third-party shipping providers.
Customers are encouraged to inspect their package upon delivery and report any shipping-related damage to the carrier immediately.
In the event of shipping damage, EliteBuildz may assist customers in filing claims with the carrier; however, EliteBuildz does not guarantee the outcome of any shipping claim and shall not be held liable for damages occurring during transit.
For local pickup or hand-delivered systems, customers are responsible for inspecting the system at the time of delivery.
Local Delivery
For local delivery or pickup, customers are responsible for inspecting the system upon receipt.
Acceptance of the system confirms that it was received in satisfactory condition.
Data Loss Disclaimer
EliteBuildz is not responsible for:
Data loss
Corrupted files
Lost software licenses
Lost operating systems
Lost game files
Customers are solely responsible for backing up all important data before any service is performed.
Software & Licensing
Customers are responsible for obtaining all required software licenses including:
Microsoft Windows
Microsoft Office
Adobe Products
Antivirus software
Professional software licenses
EliteBuildz will not install pirated or unauthorized software.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EliteBuildz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of products or services.
EliteBuildz's maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Force Majeure
EliteBuildz shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Supply chain shortages
Shipping disruptions
Labor shortages
Government actions
Internet outages
Manufacturer delays
Right To Refuse Service
EliteBuildz reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason.
Changes To Terms
EliteBuildz reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
